Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain robust web automation frameworks using Playwright with TypeScript and Selenium.
- Build clean, reusable automation scripts with strong debugging and optimization skills.
- Implement and maintain parallel execution, test suites, and scalable automation architecture.
- Integrate automation pipelines into CI/CD systems (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
- Ensure stability and reliability of automated regression suites across environments.
- Define and contribute to test strategies, including coverage analysis, prioritization, and execution planning.
- Generate detailed test reports, metrics, and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Work closely with developers, QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.
- Participate in code reviews, identify automation gaps, and continuously improve framework efficiency.
- Troubleshoot failures, analyze results, and ensure quick resolution of automation issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 6+ years of hands-on automation experience in Playwright and Selenium.
- Strong expertise in Java and/or JavaScript for framework development and scripting.
- Solid understanding of automation architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with parallel execution, cross-browser testing, and robust locator strategies.
- Proficiency integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with REST API testing (nice to have).
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with cloud-based testing tools (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and version control (Git).
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
