Job Summary :

Acuver is looking for an experienced and analytical Automation Business Analyst / Transformation Consultant to drive operational efficiency by identifying, designing, and implementing intelligent automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to transform manual processes into scalable automated workflows using automation and AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze existing business processes to identify automation opportunities, assess feasibility, and recommend suitable automation strategies.

- Create and document current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) process flows and Process Design Documents (PDDs).

- Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders and SMEs.

- Collaborate with Automation Developers and Solution Architects to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

- Develop project plans and provide regular updates to stakeholders during project delivery.

- Define and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and support deployment readiness.

- Support change management, user training, documentation, and transition activities.

- Monitor automation performance, ROI, and continuous improvement opportunities.

- Provide support during RFI/RFP and Proof of Concept (PoC) stages for automation initiatives.

Required Skills :

- 4 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 2+ years in Automation or Digital Transformation projects.

- Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar tools.

- Strong experience in process mapping tools such as MS Visio, Lucidchart.

- Understanding of APIs, data flows, low-code/no-code platforms, and automation frameworks.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in process improvement and reengineering methodologies like Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma.

- Experience working in domains such as Supply Chain, Finance, or Marketing.

- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.

- Experience participating in client demos, workshops, and automation solution discussions.

- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Software Configuration Management practices.

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office Suite.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
