About the Role :

We are seeking an exceptional Agentic Solution Architect to join our AI Center of Excellence. This role combines expertise in Agentic AI workflows, LLM-driven automation, and enterprise architecture. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technologist who designs scalable solutions integrating AI agents, orchestration, APIs, and traditional automation tools. This high-impact position will shape enterprise adoption of Agentic Automation.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Architecture & Design :

- Architect Agentic AI workflows using LLMs, multi-agent frameworks (e.g., supporting MCP and A2A protocols), intelligent orchestration, and domain-specific reasoning.

- Design end-to-end solutions integrating AI agents, RPA bots, APIs, microservices, and HITL workflows.

- Define reusable patterns, integration standards (including MCP for tool/context integration and A2A for agent-to-agent communication), and reference models.

- Evaluate and recommend AI models, vector stores, orchestration platforms, and tools.

Technical Leadership :

- Act as technical authority on Agentic AI and Automation, guiding teams and stakeholders.

- Mentor developers on scalable, maintainable solutions.

- Conduct design reviews and architecture assessments.

Implementation & Delivery :

- Lead POCs, pilots, and production implementations using LLM-powered automation, OpenAI/Azure OpenAI/enterprise LLMs, and frameworks like Automation Anywhere, Autogen, or LangGraph.

- Ensure robust exception handling, security, compliance, and maintainability.

Business Engagement :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate problems into AI solutions.

- Identify opportunities, create solution blueprints, and quantify value, effort, risks, and ROI.

Governance & Standards :

- Enforce best practices in prompt engineering, model governance, responsible AI, code quality, and process design.

- Ensure compliance with enterprise security, data privacy, and regulations.

Required Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- 12+ years in Smart Automation, including 3+ years in AI/LLM-based solutions.

- Strong expertise in automation platforms (Automation Anywhere preferred).

- Deep hands-on experience with :

a. LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.)

b. Agentic/multi-agent workflows (including MCP and A2A protocols)

c. API integrations & event-driven systems

d. Python/Node.js for automation scripting

e. Vector databases, embeddings, and RAG workflows

- Solid knowledge of enterprise architecture, cloud services, authentication, and security.

Professional Skills :

- Translate complex business problems into Agentic AI + Automation solutions.

- Engage senior stakeholders and lead strategic/technical discussions.

- Strong documentation and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certifications in Automation Anywhere (APA/Architect/A360), Azure, or AI technologies.

- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Autogen, Swarm frameworks, or workflow solutions.
