Role : Atlassian Administrator

Location : Bangalore

Job Summary : We are looking for an Atlassian Administrator with 10 to 12 years of experience

Years of experience needed : - 10 to 12 years of experience

Technical Skills :

Primary Skills :

- Atlassian Tools Expertise : In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Jira (Software, Service Desk), Confluence, Bitbucket, and other Atlassian products.

- SQL Expert : Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries, working with relational databases, and managing data in SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL environments.

- GitHub : GitHub administration and support

- Secondary Skills :

- Front-End Technologies : Experience with React, AngularJS, and jQuery to customize and extend the user interfaces of Atlassian tools.

- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and RESTful services to integrate Atlassian tools with external systems.

- MuleSoft Integration experience will be added advantage

Other Skills :

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically and creatively to resolve technical challenges.

- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

- Experience with version control systems like Git, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

Certifications Needed :

- Bachelor's or masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
