Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developer to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions with a focus on IT Operations Management (ITOM), CMDB, Discovery, Integrations, and Platform Automation. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development, ITOM implementation, platform administration, and integration management while working within Agile delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities :

ITOM & CMDB :

- Design, develop, and support ServiceNow ITOM solutions including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.

- Configure and maintain MID Servers, Discovery patterns, probes, sensors, and IRE rules.

- Drive CMDB governance, data quality, compliance, and service visibility initiatives.

- Monitor CMDB health through dashboards, reporting, and KPI tracking.

Integrations & Automation :

- Develop and support integrations with enterprise systems, cloud platforms, monitoring tools, and asset management solutions.

- Configure Service Graph Connectors, Integration Hub, REST APIs, and Flow Designer automations.

- Automate operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Platform Development :

- Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, REST APIs, and Integration Hub.

- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to platform development best practices.

Technical Leadership :

- Lead technical design discussions, solution workshops, and implementation activities.

- Mentor team members and provide guidance on ITOM best practices.

- Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

Support & Continuous Improvement :

- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and support platform upgrades.

- Create and maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks.

- Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and continuous platform improvement.
