Astroyogi - .Net Lead - ASP/C#/MVC

Location : Gurgaon, India.

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced .NET Lead to drive design, development, and delivery of enterprise grade applications using Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with .NET Core, MVC, C#, SQL, WebAPI, and Dependency Injection, and will lead a team through full software development lifecycle, ensuring high quality and timely delivery of solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, drive technical discussions, design reviews, and best practices in coding and architecture.

- Architect, design, and implement backend solutions using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, and WebAPI.

- Apply Dependency Injection, SOLID principles and design patterns for maintainable code

- Work closely with product owners, QA, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful releases.

- Ensure high code quality with strong unit testing, automated testing, and code reviews.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, optimize performance and database interactions.

- Participate in SDLC practices, including Agile/Scrum ceremonies and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7 to 15 years of professional software development experience with strong hands-on background in .NET technologies.

- Expert in C#, .NET Core (ASP.NET Core), MVC, WebAPI (RESTful services).

- Strong understanding and practical experience with Dependency Injection frameworks and patterns.

- Familiarity with modern development best practices (SOLID, TDD, CI/CD).

- Proven track record of leading, mentoring, and guiding development teams.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skill
