Astek - Airline Systems Implementation Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Airline Systems Implementation Consultant to lead and support the implementation, integration, configuration, and optimization of airline technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of airline operations, technology platforms, and implementation methodologies, with the ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-totoend implementation projects for airline systems, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and postproduction support.

- Analyze airline business processes across areas such as reservations, passenger services, flight operations, crew management, revenue management, and departure control.

- Collaborate with airline business users, technology teams, vendors, and system integrators to define requirements and deliver effective solutions.

- Configure systems based on functional and operational requirements while ensuring alignment with industry standards.

- Develop functional specifications, process documentation, test scenarios, training materials, and implementation plans. Coordinate system integration, data migration, interface validation, and user acceptance testing.

- Identify implementation risks, troubleshoot issues, and drive timely resolution of defects and operational challenges.

- Support change management, user training, golive activities, and stabilization after deployment.

- Provide recommendations for process improvements, system optimization, and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Aviation Management, Business, or a related discipline.

- 4+ years of experience in airline technology, aviation systems implementation, consulting, or related roles.

- Strong understanding of airline business processes and industry systems.

- Experience with system implementation, integration, testing, and project delivery.

- Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholdermanagement skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fastpaced, clientfacing environment.

- Willingness to travel based on project requirements.

- Preferred Experience with PSS, DCS, GDS, NDC, airline APIs, revenue management, or other aviation technology platforms is highly desirable.
