Associate Test Lead - Corporate Lending Applications

Job Summary :

- Prepare detailed Test Strategy, Test Plan, and Test Scenarios

- Design and review test cases to ensure complete coverage

- Manage and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

- Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, and offshore/onshore teams

- Track defects, manage defect triage calls, and ensure timely closure

- Provide regular status reports and risk assessments

- Ensure compliance with banking standards and regulatory requirements

- Mentor junior QA team members

Mandatory Requirements :

- Hands-on experience in SIT & UAT coordination

- Proven expertise in Test Design, Test Planning & Execution

- Experience with at least one Lending Product (any leading corporate lending platform)

- Strong defect management and stakeholder communication skills

- Ability to work independently and lead small teams

- Willingness to travel onsite as required

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Experience with test management tools (JIRA, ALM, etc.)

- Good understanding of SQL for backend validation

- Strong analytical and leadership skills
