About the Role :

We are looking for a Product Manager with strong fintech experience to drive the development and optimization of digital financial products. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of customer needs, product strategy, and data-driven decision-making to enhance product performance and user experience. Mutual Funds is Mandatory.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Tech, Design, and Business) to define product requirements and priorities.

- Create and manage product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria in an Agile environment.

- Analyze product performance using analytics tools such as Mix panel, Clever Tap, or similar platforms.

- Use SQL and data insights to make informed product decisions and track key metrics.

- Partner with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of releases and continuous improvement.

- Monitor customer feedback and operational performance to identify improvement areas.

Requirements :

- 1 - 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a Fintech or related domain.

- Strong understanding of digital financial products, user journeys, and customer behavior.

- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

- Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, CleverTap, Google Analytics, etc.).

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Open to working 3 days from the office (Delhi/NCR).

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in digital payments, lending, or investment products.

- Exposure to user research, A/B testing, and growth analytics.
