Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver complex features and enhancements for Enterprise Systems, collaborating with product, cybersecurity, infra, and ops teams.

- Craft architectural strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals, partnering with product management and enterprise architecture.

- Provide expertise in Finance, HR, Corporate Systems integration; lead design, architecture, and platform build for customer-facing and backend solutions.

- Lead managers/engineers and cross-functional teams (Product, PMO, Ops) to build scalable, reliable solutions meeting business needs.

- Tackle complex issues using deep functional, business, and industry knowledge.

- Foster engineering excellence (quality, performance, resilience, security) across teams and organization.

- Drive world-class processes for engineering, automation, testing, and deployment.

- Build customer-focused, data-driven innovation; champion new ideas, trends, and AI solutions for enhanced CX and conversions.

Basic Qualifications:

- 17+ years in related field OR Master's + 12+ years.

- 12+ years building/leading high-performing organizations.

- Experience scaling systems; Oracle Finance & HR expertise.

- Proficiency in JAVA, REACT, event-driven architecture, NoSQL databases, Cloud (Azure/GCP); full-stack front-end/back-end skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Oracle Finance on-prem to Fusion transformation experience.

- Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Jira Align, Tempo).

- AI/ML technologies exposure.
