Basic Qualification :

- 7+ years of IT delivery management experience across Software engineering, Infrastructure, Reliability, Performance, Quality, Cloud, and Telephony engineering.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical topics clearly to executive and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience collaborating with senior executives, technical product managers, and business stakeholders

- Proven experience managing multiple teams and delivery leads in an offshore/onshore model.

- Extensive working experience in Project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum), and best practices.

- Ability to work across time zones and cultures, with a flexible and proactive approach.

Preferred Qualification :

- Recognized for driving technical innovation, process improvement, or organizational maturity

- Experience implementing AI to improve productivity and efficiency.

People Leadership :

- Establish clear leadership expectations, performance standards, and accountability across the organization.

- Own succession planning, talent development, and leadership bench strength for Enterprise Technology Services.

- Foster a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and inclusive leadership.

- Provide coaching and guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management.
