Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Consultant - Associate Consulting Manager to lead Workday integration initiatives and provide consulting expertise across HCM and Financials.

The role requires strong technical expertise in Workday integrations along with experience in people leadership and client consulting.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end Workday integration design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Drive integration solutions across Workday HCM and Financials.

- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide scalable integration solutions.

- Lead and mentor integration consultants and technical teams.

- Manage integration deliverables, timelines, and quality across projects.

- Troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide technical guidance.

- Ensure integration solutions follow Workday and enterprise best practices.

- Participate in client discussions, solution workshops, and consulting engagements.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience in Workday Integration.

- Proven experience as a Workday Integration Lead.

- Mandatory experience with Workday HCM / Financials integrations.
