Experience Required : 6+ Years. We are looking for professionals with strong expertise in RPA Automation & Python who can drive automation initiatives and optimize business processes through scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions for business process automation.

- Develop and maintain Python-based automation scripts and workflows.

- Identify automation opportunities and improve operational efficiency.

- Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand process requirements.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance existing automation solutions.

- Ensure automation governance, compliance, and best practices are followed.

- Support digital transformation and process optimization initiatives across teams.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in RPA Automation tools.

- Proficiency in Python scripting and automation frameworks.

- Experience in workflow automation and process improvement.

- Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and automation architecture.

- Exposure to Banking/BFSI domain would be preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
