Role Summary :

In this role, you will help drive a major transformation toward Agentic AI Solutionsdomain-specific autonomous systems that redefine how value is delivered to clients.

You will contribute to the adoption and scaling of innovations across products like AP Suite and Insurance, with expansion planned across multiple service lines.

The Assistant Vice President of Agentic AI Solutions supports the design, implementation, and optimization of autonomous-agent-based AI solutions that enhance process efficiency, decision-making, and customer experience.

You will work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Evaluate client use cases to identify opportunities for agentic AI deployment across areas like workflow automation and decision agents.

- Contribute to multi-agent architecture design and decision-flow logic for autonomous operations.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to support solution integration with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, Helpdesk platforms, etc.

- Assist in building proof-of-concepts and pilot implementations to validate business impact.

- Monitor and assess agent performance using KPIs such as accuracy and latency.

- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and ethical AI standards.

- Create client-facing technical documentation and training materials.

Minimum Qualifications :

- Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), autonomous agent frameworks, and workflow orchestration tools.

- Basic proficiency in prompt engineering and multi-agent task coordination.

- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce or ServiceNow.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to support metrics definition.

- Clear and effective communication skills across technical and business audiences.
