We are seeking an experienced Project Lead with expertise in Java/J2EE, React JS,Spring Boot, and Microservice architecture to drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications.

Skills Required :

Must-have skills :

- 10 to 12 years in development & delivery of enterprise applications using technologies Java, Servlets, JSP, Spring Boot, Spring MVC , React JS, Hibernate/JPA,

- Experience in architecture, design and develop microservices based enterprise applications covering both front-end and back-end tiers

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).

- Experience with message queues, REST & SOAP APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.

- Strong database experience : Oracle SQL, PL/SQL.

- Strong experience in writing requirement specifications, applications architecture and design specifications.

- Must have experience in code reviews and team management with respective to delivery and maintenance of applications/systems.

- Preferred with experience in customer/client communication to collect requirements and implement application customizations/change requestes in collaboration with customer and internal teams.

- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot) is highly desirable.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
