QUALIFICATION : B.E / B-Tech / Equivalent

DESIRED PROFILE : 8+ years of experience in ABAP should have worked on FI, SD, MM, HCM, CO, PS, REFX, ISU modules. The incumbent would be responsible for the design, development, testing & support to meet the business needs of the company. Required to work closely with our SAP Functional Core Team to deliver, maintain troubleshoot and enhance SAP functionality and to facilitate incident & problem resolution. SAP Certification in relevant Functional areas will be an added advantage. Working on S4 HANA will be an added advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Should have strong hands-on knowledge in ABAP technologies viz. Interactive Reporting, Transaction creation, Enhancements, Conversion Programs, Dialog Programming, Web Dynpro, BAPI, RFC, BADI, ALE/IDocs, Interface Programming, Screen Painter BDC, LSMW, User Exits, Menu Exits, Function Exits, Screen Exits, ALV Reports, Dialog Programming, ABAP Query, Workflow and Data Conversions.

- Creates specialized reports for SAP modules using ABAP programming languages.

- Designs forms and screens for SAP modules using tools such as SAPscript and SmartForms.

- Debugs and corrects complex SAP module problems by using ABAP programming language to implement OSS notes.

- Work with SAP OSS support to raise tickets and issues and resolve software bugs

- Should be able to help resolve complex technical issues and independently manage critical/complex situations and to write and validate the technical specification and able to create test scripts

- Will be responsible for technical analysis, designing, reviews, testing an implementation of SAP developments, ranging from small enhancements to large projects and to assist in initial testing of problem fixes, change request, enhancements, and new functionality.

- Develops technical specifications and works with BASIS and functional experts to complete object development and testing

- Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment

- Interfaces with functional teams to ensure the proper integration of business processes and procedures with information technology and to identify customer solutions.

- Prepares comprehensive and thorough technical program documentation including but not limited to specifications, test conditions, test plans, and test data.
