Job Title : Assistant Manager - Low-Code Development (Appian & OutSystems)

Experience : 6+ years

Location : Bangalore

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Manager/Technical Lead with strong expertise in Appian and basic knowledge of OutSystems.

The ideal candidate should have over 6 years of experience in low-code development and will be responsible for leading development teams, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring best practices are followed.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of developers working on Appian and OutSystems platforms.

- Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient low-code applications.

- Ensure adherence to development best practices, coding standards, and project timelines.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize low-code applications for performance and scalability.

- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to the development team.

- Ensure compliance with security and governance frameworks.

Required Skills :

- 6+ years of experience in Low-Code Development platforms.

- Strong expertise in Appian (architecture, development, and best practices).

- Experience in OutSystems as a secondary low-code platform.

- Solid understanding of low-code governance, security, and compliance frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have) :

- Appian Certified Associate Developer or higher certification.

- OutSystems Developer Certification
