Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst at the Assistant Manager level to join our high-impact team in Gurgaon. In this capacity, you will serve as the critical bridge between complex business requirements and technical execution, ensuring that our Capital Market solutions are both scalable and aligned with strategic objectives.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to translate high-level business needs into actionable technical specifications. By driving the end-to-end requirements lifecycle, you will directly influence the efficiency of our platforms and ensure the delivery of robust, user-centric solutions that provide a competitive edge in the financial services landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a deep understanding of business pain points and operational needs.

- Author detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) that serve as the blueprint for development teams.

- Translate complex business logic into clear, prioritized User Stories to facilitate seamless agile development cycles.

- Conduct rigorous Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on system incidents to identify process gaps and implement long-term corrective measures.

- Optimize existing workflows by applying Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies to enhance operational throughput and reduce manual overhead.

- Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle, providing transparent updates on progress, risks, and resource allocation.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing the full software development lifecycle within the Capital Market domain, with a proven track record of delivering complex financial systems.

- Exceptional ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical business leaders through clear, persuasive communication and documentation.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to dissect intricate problems and design scalable solutions using BPM frameworks.

- Proven proficiency in creating high-quality documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, and user stories, that minimize ambiguity for development and QA teams.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Gurgaon, maintaining high levels of productivity and stakeholder engagement.

- Minimum of 10 - 12 years of professional experience in business analysis, demonstrating a consistent trajectory of increasing responsibility and leadership.

- A degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field from a premier institute is highly preferred to ensure the analytical rigor required for this position.
