- Accountable for uptime of Servers, Network, Firewall, and complete IT Infrastructure

- Define process/policies for hardware upgrade/replacement.

- Manage IT operations for HO, WHs and stores as per the process defined.

- Follow ITIL defined processes for operations support.

- Accountable for timely IT setup at the new sites.

- Implement security measures (firewalls, antivirus, access controls), manage risk, and ensure data protection.

- Oversee daily operations of servers (physical/virtual), storage, networks (routers, switches, firewalls, APs, Cloud Controllers etc.), cloud environments (AWS, Azure).

- Lead infrastructure projects like cloud migrations, network upgrades, and system implementations.

- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and report to senior leadership.

- Effectively manage the IT team and keep their motivation level up.

- Develop and test DR/BCP plans to ensure resilience.

- Define and manage ISSM/ITAM/NMS policies.

Experience :

- 8-10 years of working experience to manage large Infrastructure (Servers, Cloud - Azzure/AWS, Network , Firewall, APs & Controllers etc.)
