We are seeking an experienced SAP Master Data Management (MDM) Consultant to manage, maintain, and improve master data processes across SAP systems. The role involves master data governance, data quality management, data modelling, process standardization, and collaboration with business and technical teams to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable master data across enterprise applications.

Responsibilities :

- Configure, maintain, and support SAP master data management processes across relevant business domains, including material, customer, vendor, and other master data objects.

- Manage master data creation, modification, validation, and maintenance in accordance with established business rules and governance standards.

- Define and implement data quality checks, validation rules, and controls to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into master data solutions and process improvements.

- Support master data migration, cleansing, harmonization, and synchronization across SAP systems.

- Investigate and resolve master data issues, data inconsistencies, and integration-related problems.

- Work with SAP functional and technical teams to support master data interfaces, workflows, and system integrations.

- Maintain master data documentation, governance procedures, and process guidelines.

- Support testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of master data solutions.

- Identify opportunities to improve master data processes, governance, and operational efficiency.

Requirements :

- 6 - 8 years of experience in SAP master data management, master data governance, or related SAP functional roles.

- Strong understanding of enterprise master data concepts, data governance, data quality, and lifecycle management.

- Experience managing master data objects such as material, customer, vendor, or business partner data.

- Hands-on experience with SAP master data processes and relevant SAP applications.

- Knowledge of data migration, cleansing, harmonization, validation, and integration processes.

- Ability to gather business requirements, analyse data issues, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Exposure to SAP Master Data Governance (SAP MDG), SAP S/4HANA, workflows, and data replication frameworks is preferred.
