Job Title : Okta Identity Governance (OIG) Engineer / Consultant

Role Overview :

- Integrate enterprise applications (SaaS, on-premises, and custom applications) with Okta using SAML, OIDC, and SCIM protocols.

- Configure and manage Identity Lifecycle Management, including JoinerMoverLeaver (JML) processes.

- Develop and maintain access governance policies, including :

1. Access requests

2. Access certifications

3. Access reviews

4. Segregation of Duties (SoD)

- Implement automated provisioning and deprovisioning workflows across connected enterprise systems.

- Collaborate with security, IT, and business stakeholders to design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models.

- Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, and security requirements through reporting, monitoring, and certification campaigns.

- Troubleshoot issues related to :

1. Application integrations

2. Provisioning/deprovisioning workflows

3. Access certification and recertification processes.

Technical Skills :

- Okta Workflows, Automations, Hooks, Delegated Flows

- Entitlement Management

- User Enrollment & Self-Service Configuration

- SCIM / REST API integrations

- SAML 2.0 and OIDC authentication protocols

- Active Directory (AD) & LDAP integrations

- CSV-based directory integrations

- Identity Lifecycle Management (JML)

- RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)

- API development and integration

- Scripting : Python / PowerShell

- Provisioning & Deprovisioning automation

- IAM governance and compliance frameworks

Experience Requirements :

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Okta Identity Governance (OIG) in enterprise environments.
