- Knowledgeable in CRM customizations, including forms, ribbon, and site map modifications.

- Experienced in exporting and importing solutions into CRM.

- CE (Customer Engagement) Module is mandatory.

- Architect and design end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to address complex enterprise business challenges and improve process automation.

- Develop and maintain custom Canvas Apps and Model-driven apps to provide intuitive user interfaces that enhance workforce productivity.

- Implement sophisticated automation workflows using Microsoft Flow to streamline cross-departmental business processes and reduce manual intervention.

- Lead the integration of D365 with third-party systems and legacy platforms to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
