Artificial Intelligence Specialist - Machine Learning

Position Summary :

We are seeking a passionate and driven AI Specialist with 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in machine learning principles, a keen interest in artificial intelligence, and practical experience in building, training, and deploying AI models.

You will work on various stages of the AI lifecycle, from data preparation and model development to deployment and monitoring, contributing to the creation of intelligent solutions that deliver real business value.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models (e.g., supervised, unsupervised, deep learning) to solve specific business problems.

- Experiment with various algorithms, frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn), and techniques to find optimal solutions.

- Perform feature engineering, model training, validation, and hyperparameter tuning.

- Work with large and complex datasets, performing data cleaning, transformation, and feature extraction.

- Ensure data quality and suitability for AI model training.

- Collaborate with Data Engineers to establish efficient data pipelines.

- Assist in the deployment of AI models into production environments.

- Monitor model performance, identify drift, and contribute to retraining strategies.

- Learn and apply MLOps principles to streamline the AI development and deployment lifecycle.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning research.

- Explore new technologies and methodologies that can enhance our AI capabilities.

- Collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.

- Document models, code, and processes clearly and concisely.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.

- 1 to 4 years of hands-on professional experience in an AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science role.

- Strong proficiency in Python and its relevant libraries for AI/ML (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn,

Matplotlib, Seaborn).

- Practical experience with at least one major deep learning framework (TensorFlow or PyTorch).

- Solid understanding of core machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, regression, classification, clustering, dimensionality reduction, and evaluation metrics.

- Familiarity with data structures and algorithms.

- Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

- Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud-based AI/ML services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning, Google Cloud AI Platform).

- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and distributed computing for ML.

- Knowledge of specific AI domains such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision (CV), or Reinforcement Learning.

- Experience with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).

- Understanding of ethical AI principles and responsible AI development.

- Published research papers or contributions to open-source AI projects.
