Client: A global leader in diversified electronics for the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem.

Position : AI Manager

Total Experience : 8y to 16y

Location : Chennai

Work Mode : Hybrid (3 days in Office)

Joining : Immediate to 30 days

Interview Process : 3 Tech rounds, Fitment round, HR round.

Important : Product Company Experience is a must, preferred engineering product companies

Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of algorithm engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and success.

- Develop and maintain the infrastructure required for the deployment and execution of algorithms at scale.

- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to design and implement robust and scalable algorithmic solutions.

- Optimize algorithm performance and resource utilization to meet business objectives.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in algorithm engineering and infrastructure technologies, and apply them to improve systems.

- Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in developing computer vision and image processing algorithm and ML/DL algorithm.

- 8yr+ experience in any of the programming languages such as Python/C++/CUDA

- 8yr+ years experience in Machine learning, Artificial intelligence, Deep Learning & Computer vision.

- 5yr+ experience in image processing

- Minimum 3 yrs experience in a manger role

- Familiar with high performance computing, parallel programming and distributed systems.

- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

- Experience with GPU architecture and algo development toolkit like Docker, Apptainer.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully leading engineering teams.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Minimum Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree or PHd in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Bachelor's degree with 10yr+ years of industry experience OR

- Master's degree with 8 + years of industry experience OR

- PhD with 6yr+ industry experience
