We are seeking a visionary AI Lead to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions that drive business transformation.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership to guide cross-functional teams in leveraging AI for innovation, efficiency, and growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategy & Leadership :

- Define and drive the organizations AI strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.

- Lead a team of data scientists, ML engineers, and AI researchers.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI initiatives.

- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and assess their potential impact.

Technical Execution :

- Architect and oversee the development of scalable AI/ML models and pipelines.

- Ensure end-to-end model lifecycle management - from data collection and feature engineering to deployment and monitoring.

- Implement responsible AI practices, ensuring transparency, fairness, and compliance with ethical standards.

- Optimize model performance and ensure robustness in production environments.

Collaboration & Mentorship :

- Mentor and upskill team members in machine learning, data engineering, and AI frameworks.

- Foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure efficient data flow and infrastructure support for AI solutions.

Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience :

- 3+ years of experience in data science, AI, or machine learning roles, with at least 2+ years in a leadership capacity.

- Proven experience designing and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems.

- Strong understanding of cloud AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI).

- Hands-on experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Hugging Face.

Skills :

- Deep knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and generative AI.

- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience with MLOps, data pipelines, and version control (Git, MLflow, Docker, etc.
