Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AIML professional to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI and Machine Learning models to solve complex business problems. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver impactful AI solutions that drive business growth and innovation. Your expertise will be crucial in leveraging cloud platforms like AWS and Azure to build scalable and robust AI infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop advanced Machine Learning models and algorithms using Python and relevant libraries to address specific business needs.

- Deploy and manage AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

- Implement and maintain MLOps pipelines to automate the development, testing, and deployment of Machine Learning models.

- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and frameworks like LangChain to build intelligent applications and enhance existing AI solutions.

- Utilize Azure Databricks and AWS SageMaker to build, train, and deploy Machine Learning models at scale.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, develop solutions, and communicate results effectively.

- Research and evaluate new AI technologies and techniques to improve the performance and capabilities of our AI solutions.

- Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for AI development and deployment within the organization.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning models using Python and relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Proven expertise in working with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, including services like SageMaker, Databricks, and related AI/ML offerings.

- Strong understanding of MLOps principles and experience in implementing automated pipelines for model development, testing, and deployment.

- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and frameworks like LangChain for building intelligent applications.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- 8 - 12 years of relevant experience in the field of AI and Machine Learning.
