Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic AI Lead to drive our artificial intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions, manage a team of data scientists and engineers, and align AI strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :'

- Lead end-to-end AI/ML project development (from problem definition to deployment)

- Design and implement machine learning and deep learning models

- Build scalable AI solutions and integrate them into existing systems

- Develop and deploy LLM-based applications using LangChain

- Manage and mentor a team of data scientists, ML engineers, and analysts

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Business)

- Identify opportunities to leverage AI for business growth and efficiency

- Ensure best practices in data handling, model performance, and deployment

- Stay updated with the latest AI trends, tools, and technologies

- Drive innovation and experimentation in AI initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field

- Strong experience in Python, R, or similar programming languages

- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)

- Experience with LangChain, LLMs, and Generative AI applications

- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI (preferred)

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles

- Experience in deploying models (MLOps, CI/CD pipelines)

- Leadership and team management experience

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and GenAI tools

- Knowledge of data engineering and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)

- Experience in building AI products at scale

- Prior experience in a leadership role
