About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with strong hands-on experience in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions on Snowflake. The ideal candidate will work closely with enterprise clients to build, optimize, and deploy AI-powered applications leveraging Snowflakes native AI stack. This is a high-impact, client-facing engineering role requiring both technical depth and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions on Snowflake using Snowpark and Cortex AI.

- Build end-to-end AI data pipelines, UDFs, and model workflows using Snowpark Python.

- Develop and integrate RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems using vector embeddings and Cortex Search.

- Build and deploy interactive AI applications using Streamlit in Snowflake.

- Implement Document AI pipelines for unstructured data processing and extraction.

- Integrate external LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral) using Snowflake Cortex.

- Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Prepare architectural documentation, PoCs, and technical design assets.

Technical Skills (68 of the following must-have) :

- Snowflake Cortex AI functions (COMPLETE, SUMMARIZE, TRANSLATE, SENTIMENT)

- Snowpark Python for AI pipelines and UDF creation

- Cortex Search & vector embeddings for semantic/RAG applications

- Streamlit in Snowflake for AI app deployment

- Document AI for OCR and unstructured data extraction

- LLM integration patterns with OpenAI/Anthropic/Mistral

- Python ecosystem : LangChain, sentence-transformers, pandas

- Prompt engineering & AI solution design patterns

Experience Required :

- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on work with Snowflake AI ecosystem

- Proven delivery of 2+ production-grade AI applications (chatbots, semantic search, document processing, etc.)

- Strong communication skills with experience interacting with enterprise clients
