Artificial Intelligence Engineer - Machine Learning Models

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven AI Engineer with 24 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data science roles. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI solutions that solve real-world problems. This role requires a strong foundation in machine learning, data handling, and production-level model deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and deploy AI/ML models for classification, prediction, recommendation, NLP, or computer vision use-cases.

- Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.

- Work with cross-functional teams including data engineers, product managers, and software developers.

- Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms and techniques.

- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.

- Maintain and monitor models in production.

- Document design, development, and testing processes.

Required Skills :

- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy.

- Experience in building and deploying ML models in real-world applications.

- Good understanding of ML algorithms, deep learning, NLP, or computer vision.

- Proficiency in data manipulation and statistical analysis.

- Familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow) is a plus.

- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Experience with model versioning, monitoring, and retraining strategies.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.
