Role Overview :

As an AI Engineer at T D Newton, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems within the financial domain. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate research findings into production-ready solutions. Your work will directly contribute to improving the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of our AI-driven products, ultimately impacting our clients' bottom line and the experiences of their customers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement machine learning, deep learning, and NLP models to address specific business challenges in the financial services domain.

- Develop and deploy scalable and robust AI solutions using cloud-based platforms and infrastructure.

- Conduct experiments and evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics to ensure accuracy and reliability.

- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI models into existing systems and workflows.

- Research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, particularly in generative AI and LLMs, to identify opportunities for innovation.

- Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for AI development and deployment within the organization.

- Communicate technical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deploy machine learning, deep learning, and NLP models using Python and relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

- Proven experience in building and deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms such as Azure, or GCP.

- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, data analysis, and experimental design.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language for both technical and non-technical audiences.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

- Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) is highly desirable.
