Position Overview :

The AI Engineer (57 years) will be a hands-on contributor to InvoiceClouds generative AI initiatives, responsible for building, integrating, and optimizing AI- and LLM-powered capabilities across the platform.

This role focuses on implementation excellence, rapid experimentation, and reliable production delivery in a SaaS environment.

You will collaborate closely with Product, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Platform teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Results Driven :

- Develop, test, and deploy AI/ML and LLM-based features with measurable business impact.

- Implement AI services and APIs with defined KPIs for accuracy, latency, and reliability.

- Support execution of the AI roadmap through high-quality, on-time delivery.

Ownership & Execution :

- Build and maintain AI pipelines, model integrations, and inference services.

- Optimize prompts, embeddings, and retrieval strategies for performance and cost.

- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance across AI workflows.

Innovation :

- Prototype and experiment with LLM-based solutions such as RAG and agent workflows.

- Utilize GenAI tools including Azure OpenAI, LangChain, and Semantic Kernel.

- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and apply them pragmatically.

Customer Focus :

- Develop AI-powered experiences that improve payer engagement and personalization.

- Collaborate with Product and Client Success teams to iterate based on customer feedback.

- Adhere to responsible AI principles including transparency and fairness.

Required Qualifications :

- 5 to 7 years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in AI/ML or LLM-powered applications.

- Strong hands-on experience with Python and/or C#.

- Experience with Azure OpenAI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, FastAPI, and vector databases.

- Solid understanding of prompt engineering, model evaluation, and inference optimization.

- Experience delivering AI solutions in a cloud-based SaaS environment.
