We are seeking a highly skilled AI/GenAI Engineer with 6+ years of experience to design, develop, and scale AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Generative AI, LLMs, and modern cloud-based architectures, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for real-world business use cases

- Build and scale applications leveraging LLMs, NLP, and deep learning models

- Develop and optimize REST APIs and microservices-based architectures

- Work on end-to-end AI solution development including prototyping, testing, and deployment

- Evaluate and integrate LLMs (GPT, Llama, etc.) and vector databases (ChromaDB)

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution design and implementation

- Drive innovation through experimentation and rapid prototyping (POCs)

- Ensure adherence to best practices in DevSecOps, MLOps, and LLMOps

- Implement secure, scalable, and high-performance AI systems

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience in AI/ML with strong expertise in Python

- In-depth knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI

- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and frameworks like LangChain

- Strong experience in Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate)

- Experience with cloud platforms : AWS, Azure, or GCP

- Proficiency in CI/CD tools and DevOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins)

- Experience with REST APIs and modern backend frameworks (Django, Express, Spring Boot)

- Strong understanding of databases : PostgreSQL and NoSQL systems

- Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems

Preferred Qualifications

- Certifications in Azure / AI / Data Science

- Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field

- Experience with Agentic AI and advanced AI governance practices
