Role Overview :

Looking for an AI Engineer to build LLM-powered conversational systems for a platform enabling real-time interaction with 3D avatars.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and integrate LLM-based conversational AI

- Build persona-driven AI with guardrails & knowledge base

- Enable real-time interactions (voice, lip-sync, gestures)

- Optimize response quality, latency, and user experience

- Collaborate with Backend & Frontend teams

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong experience in AI/ML, NLP, and LLMs

- Hands-on with OpenAI / Hugging Face or similar

- Experience in prompt engineering & model optimization

- Knowledge of API integration for AI services

- Understanding of real-time AI applications

Good to Have :

- Experience with avatar tools (HeyGen or similar)

- Speech / voice / video AI experience

- RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)

- Python-based AI frameworks

- Multi-tenant AI systems
