Job Title : AI Engineer

Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with strong engineering fundamentals who can design, build, and optimize end-to-end AI/LLM systems. This role includes R&D, prototyping, and building MVPs of AI-powered products from scratch, along with developing production-ready solutions for real-world use cases.

Experience : 3 to 5 years

Location : Ahmedabad

Education : B.Tech / B.E / M.Tech (CS/IT/AI)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead R&D and rapid prototyping to build AI-based products, tools, and MVPs from zero to launch.

- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance AI applications with a focus on reliability and cost efficiency.

- Integrate and leverage leading Foundation Model APIs (i.e., OpenAI, Claude, Llama).

- Build LLM workflows or agentic systems using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex (i.e., any similar framework).

- Fine-tune and optimize models using common open-source tools (i.e., LoRA/PEFT, HuggingFace Transformers).

- Develop robust REST APIs using FastAPI/Flask (i.e., any Python API framework).

- Implement ASR features using standard open-source models (i.e., Whisper or similar).

- Optimize inference latency, GPU utilization, and cloud cost.

- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver real-world, production-grade AI solutions.

Required Skills :

- Strong in Python, DS & Algo, OOP, and API development.

- Experience integrating multiple Foundation Model APIs (i.e., GPT, Claude, Llama).

- Practical exposure to vector databases (i.e., Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, FAISS).

- Hands-on experience with LLM workflow frameworks (i.e., LangChain, LlamaIndex).

- Experience fine-tuning models using LoRA/PEFT or similar techniques.

- Solid understanding of ML fundamentalstraining, evaluation, deployment.

- Experience with ASR technologies (i.e., Whisper).

Nice to Have :

- Knowledge of NLP/CV concepts.

- Exposure to cloud AI platforms (i.e., AWS, GCP, Azure AI).

- Experience with Docker, GPU deployments, and inference optimization.
