The ideal candidate will be proficient in machine learning, deep learning, and data analysis to design, develop, and implement AI-powered applications. Key Responsibilities :

- AI Model Development : Design, build, train, and fine-tune machine learning and deep learning models to address specific business problems.

- Algorithm Implementation : Use machine learning libraries and frameworks implement algorithms for various tasks, including computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), and predictive analytics.

- Data Handling and Preprocessing : Collect, process, and clean large datasets to ensure data quality and integrity for model training. Perform feature engineering to optimize model performance.

- System Integration : Integrate AI models and algorithms into existing software systems and applications using APIs and other integration techniques.

- Performance Optimization : Monitor, evaluate, and optimize the performance, accuracy, and scalability of AI models and systems.

- Research and Innovation : Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning technologies. Research and implement new techniques and tools to improve existing solutions.

- Collaboration : Work closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deploy solutions effectively.

- Documentation : Maintain clear and concise documentation for AI models, development processes, and deployment workflows.

- Prototyping and Testing : Create prototypes for AI applications and conduct extensive testing to validate models and troubleshoot issues.

Technical Skills :

- Algorithm Development : Design and implement algorithms, neural networks, and other machine learning techniques to simulate human intelligence processes.

- Generative AI & LLMs : Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and hands-on experience with LLMs such as GPT, Gemini, or similar models.

- Agentic AI Frameworks : Work with LangChain, Crew.ai, or MCP-based frameworks for building intelligent, multi-agent AI systems.

- Microsoft Power Platform : Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate for AI-enabled business automation.

- Cloud Platforms : Good understanding of Azure and AWS ecosystems for model deployment and integration.

- Programming Skills : Proficiency in Python, C#, Node.js, and Java.

- Databases : Experience with SQL, Vector Databases, MongoDB, and Cosmos DB
