Artificial Intelligence Developer - Data Modeling

We are looking for an innovative and skilled AI Developer to join our growing technology team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in computer science and machine learning, and proven experience in designing, building, and deploying AI-driven applications.

This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, problem-solving capabilities, and collaborative spirit to help shape our AI initiatives and create impactful, data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collect, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets to prepare them for model training and evaluation.

- Train, fine-tune, and validate machine learning models for performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Deploy AI/ML models to production environments using cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI capabilities into products and services.

- Document development processes, present findings, and communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Work closely with data scientists, product managers, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams to align on project goals and deliverables.

- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related

technical field.

- (Masters degree preferred)

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AI or ML development.

- Proficiency in Python and working knowledge of libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-

learn, and Keras.

- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, probability, and statistics.

- Experience with data management, including ETL processes, data cleaning, and feature

engineering.

- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including ML tools like SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Azure ML.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience working in Agile development environments with tools like Jira, Confluence, or

Trello.

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying technical ideas for business audiences.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or generative AI models.

- Familiarity with MLOps and model monitoring solutions.

- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Plotly).

- Contribution to open-source AI/ML projects or research publications.

- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
