Armstrong Fluid Technology - Senior Technical Analyst - ERP Implementation

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain customizations, extensions, and enhancements within the Infor LN ERP environment.

- Develop and support Baan/LN Tools, including 4GL programming, sessions, reports, and interfaces.

- Perform technical analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Ensure adherence to ERP best practices, coding standards, and system performance guidelines.

- Design, develop, and maintain interfaces and integrations between Infor LN and third-party systems.

- Work with Infor ION, APIs, web services, and middleware for data exchange.

- Ensure secure, reliable, and performant system integrations.

- Provide Level 3 production support, troubleshooting complex issues and resolving defects.

- Conduct performance tuning, root cause analysis, and system optimization.

- Support ERP upgrades, patches, and migrations, ensuring minimal business disruption.

- Work closely with functional consultants, business users, and IT teams.

- Mentor junior developers and review technical designs and code.

- Participate in project planning, estimation, and technical documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in ERP LN / Baan technical development.

- Strong expertise in Infor LN Tools, including 4GL, sessions, reports, and customization frameworks.

- Solid understanding of Infor LN architecture, data model, and development standards.

- Experience with Infor ION, APIs, and web services.

- Strong knowledge of SQL and database concepts.

- Proven experience in ERP integrations and interface development.

- Ability to independently analyze requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
