Role Overview :

As a Technical Lead / Solution Architect, you will serve as the primary bridge between complex business requirements and high-performance AI-driven technical architectures. You will lead the design and implementation of sophisticated AI agents and automation workflows, working closely with cross-functional engineering teams and key stakeholders to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and secure. Your work will directly influence how organizations leverage next-generation AI to optimize operations, requiring a balance of hands-on technical leadership and strategic architectural oversight.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and deploy end-to-end AI agent frameworks that integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise data structures to drive operational efficiency.

- Lead the design and implementation of Power Platform solutions, ensuring high availability and performance for complex business process automation.

- Establish comprehensive security and governance protocols for AI deployments to ensure compliance with enterprise data privacy and regulatory standards.

- Drive the integration of Copilot and Foundry-based workflows to enhance user productivity and streamline decision-making processes across the organization.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate abstract business challenges into technical roadmaps, utilizing Model Context Protocol (MCP) to standardize data communication.

- Mentor engineering teams on best practices for AI development, code quality, and system scalability to foster a culture of technical rigor.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and managing enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions and AI-driven automation workflows.

- Proven ability to architect secure AI ecosystems, with a deep understanding of data governance, access control, and regulatory compliance in cloud environments.

- Strong proficiency in implementing Copilot and Foundry platforms, with the ability to customize and scale these tools for specific business use cases.

- Advanced knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and the development of AI agents that interact reliably with diverse data sources.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical architectures to non-technical stakeholders and influence senior leadership decisions.

- Ability to thrive in a high-growth environment, demonstrating the adaptability to pivot between strategic planning and hands-on technical troubleshooting.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, supported by 8-12 years of professional experience in software architecture and AI systems.

- Readiness to work from our Hyderabad office, collaborating effectively within a high-performance, onsite team environment.
