The Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP BASIS Senior Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP landscapes, ensuring system stability, performance, and security.

What will your day look like? :

- Manage SAP system installations, upgrades, and migrations, including S/4HANA, ECC, BW, PI/PO, and Solution Manager.

- Monitor all SAP systems (work processes, users, system logs, short dumps, locks, developer traces, system traces, disk space, etc.).

- Configure and Monitor SAP Router and SAP OSS connectivity.

- Perform system and database administration tasks, including backups, restores, and performance optimization.

- Perform HANA database upgrades and optimizations to improve system performance.

- Ensure SAP security compliance by managing roles, authorizations, and user administration.

- Work on cloud-based SAP RISE and hyperscale teams (AWS, Azure, GCP) to configure and optimize cloud-based SAP landscapes.

- Maintain technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

- Handle transport management (STMS), client copies, system refreshes, SAP security roles, and user administration.

Skills And Attributes For Success :

- 5+ years of experience in SAP BASIS administration across multiple SAP landscapes.

- Experience with SAP upgrades, Rise migrations (Brownfield), and patch management is a must-have.

- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, NetWeaver, and other SAP solutions.

- Strong knowledge of databases (HANA, Oracle, MSSQL, or DB2) and OS (Linux, Windows, Unix).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for SAP hosting and deployment.

Additional Considerations :

- SAP BASIS certification or relevant SAP technical certifications.

- Experience in SAP Solution Manager, Fiori, and Web Dispatcher.
