We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in robotic process automation technologies and a strong understanding of business process optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions to automate business processes.

- Analyze business requirements and identify automation opportunities.

- Develop reusable automation components and frameworks.

- Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise applications and APIs.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployed automation workflows.

- Ensure automation solutions meet security, compliance, and operational standards.

- Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.

- Maintain technical documentation and process documentation.

- Conduct code reviews and support junior developers.

- Communicate project progress, risks, and technical recommendations to stakeholders.

Experience & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in RPA development.

- Strong expertise in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

- Experience designing end-to-end automation solutions.

- Strong understanding of workflow automation, OCR, and intelligent document processing.

- Experience with APIs, databases, and enterprise system integrations.

- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.

- Familiarity with scripting or programming languages such as C#, Python, or VB.NET.

- Experience with version control systems and deployment processes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Relevant RPA certifications.

- Experience with AI-powered automation and machine learning integrations.
