Role : Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Consultant / Developer:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant/Developer to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure-based integrations, with the ability to design, develop, customize, and support enterprise-grade business applications.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver scalable and high-quality D365 solutions for global clients.

Location: Udaipur / Hybrid.

Experience: 5+ Years.

Employment Type: Full-Time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, customize, and implement solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE).

- Develop plugins, custom workflows, custom actions, PCF controls, and integrations.

- Build and maintain Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

- Integrate D365 with external systems using APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and other Azure services.

- Participate in solution architecture discussions and provide technical recommendations.

- Translate business requirements into technical designs and development tasks.

- Perform code reviews, unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

- Support deployment activities and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile development environments.

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement.

- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Web APIs.

- Experience developing plugins, workflows, customizations, and integrations within D365.

- Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).

- Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault, and API Management.

- Strong understanding of Dataverse, security models, and solution management.

- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party system integrations.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and source control systems.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Certifications of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.

- Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service modules.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Copilot Studio, AI integrations, or Azure OpenAI is a plus.

- Experience working with global clients and enterprise-scale implementations.
