Role Overview :

We are hiring a Senior AI Developer Generative AI with a deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and advanced NLP techniques. This role is ideal for professionals with 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, especially those who are passionate about building innovative, production-grade applications using state-of-the-art GenAI models.

You will lead initiatives in building intelligent applications that leverage LLMs, fine-tuning, CoT reasoning, and vector-based search, with a strong emphasis on practical implementation using frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex.

Key Responsibilities :

AI Model Development :

- Architect and develop GenAI-powered applications using LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, etc.).

- Build and optimize RAG pipelines to enhance context-aware responses.

- Apply Chain of Thought (CoT) reasoning to improve decision-making and model output quality.

Prompt Engineering & Model Fine-Tuning :

- Craft and iterate prompts for domain-specific tasks.

- Fine-tune LLMs using internal datasets for improved relevance and performance.

Vector Databases & Semantic Indexing :

- Implement and manage vector search solutions using FAISS, Pinecone, or Milvus.

- Use LangChain and LlamaIndex to query, embed, and retrieve knowledge from large document corpora.

Model Optimization & Deployment :

- Tune model parameters and manage experiments to maximize performance.

- Deploy, monitor, and scale models in cloud-based production environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Collaboration & Innovation :

- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.

- Research and apply the latest advancements in multi-modal AI, interpretability, and GenAI frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience :

- 5+ years in AI/ML development with at least 2 years in Generative AI and NLP.

Technical Expertise :

- Advanced Python skills with strong command of AI/ML libraries : TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras.

- Hands-on experience with RAG, CoT reasoning, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.

- Proficient in transformers, GPT/BERT, and NER systems.

Deployment Knowledge :

- Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience in deploying AI models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

- Effective communication and collaboration in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with multi-modal AI models (text, image, audio).

- Familiarity with LLM evaluation and interpretability tools.

- Exposure to MLOps practices and continuous integration for AI projects.
