Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement Apriso MES solutions, including configuration of Process Builder, Global Process Manager, and Machine Integrator modules, to meet specific client manufacturing needs.

- Collaborate with business users and functional consultants to gather, analyze, and document detailed functional and technical requirements for MES implementations.

- Perform comprehensive system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Apriso applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

- Provide expert post-implementation support, maintenance, and enhancements for Apriso MES systems, ensuring continuous operational stability.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and test plans, for all Apriso development activities.

- Integrate Apriso MES with other critical enterprise systems such as ERP (SAP, Oracle), SCADA, PLM, and quality management systems using various integration techniques.

- Contribute to solution architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative development environment.

- Stay abreast of new Apriso features, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve solution offerings and delivery.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in the Apriso MES platform, encompassing modules such as Production, Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Machine Integrator.

- Strong hands-on experience with Apriso Process Builder, Global Process Manager, and Apriso API for customization and integration.

- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, including discrete, batch, and process manufacturing environments.

- Expertise in database technologies, particularly SQL Server or Oracle, with the ability to write complex queries and stored procedures for data manipulation and reporting.

- Capability in programming languages such as C# or .NET for developing custom functionalities and extensions within the Apriso framework.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in a manufacturing IT landscape.

- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear articulation of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field is essential.

- Adaptability to dynamic project environments and the ability to work effectively as part of a distributed team, supporting clients across multiple locations in India.
