Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced SAP Ariba Functional Consultant with 8+ years of experience in SAP Procurement and Ariba implementations/support. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, designing Ariba solutions, configuring modules, managing integrations, and supporting end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead functional activities for SAP Ariba implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP Ariba solutions.

- Configure and support Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Guided Buying, Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Management.

- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Source-to-Contract (S2C), and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.

- Work on approval workflows, requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, catalogs, and supplier onboarding.

- Configure approval rules, business rules, commodity codes, purchasing organizations, and user roles.

- Handle supplier enablement, supplier lifecycle processes, and supplier information management.

- Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and integration teams.

- Analyze functional issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide appropriate solutions.

- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user documentation.

- Conduct SIT, UAT, regression testing, and support defect resolution.

- Support integration between SAP Ariba and SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA.

- Coordinate with middleware/integration teams for CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway) and related interfaces.

- Support production deployments, incident management, and post-go-live activities.

- Participate in workshops, requirement discussions, solution design, and knowledge-transfer sessions.

Mandatory Skills :

- 8+ years of overall SAP experience with strong experience in SAP Ariba.

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing.

- Good experience in Ariba Sourcing and Contract Management.

- Strong understanding of P2P and S2P business processes.

- Experience with Ariba Guided Buying and Catalog Management.

- Good understanding of Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP).

- Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba CIG integration.

- Good understanding of integration between Ariba and SAP ECC/SAP S/4HANA.

- Experience in Ariba configuration, workflows, approval processes, and business rules.

- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and SAP MM integration.

- Excellent requirement-gathering, stakeholder-management, and communication skills.

Good to Have:

- SAP Ariba certification.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Procurement.

- Knowledge of APIs, web services, and integration concepts.

- Experience in global SAP Ariba implementation/rollout projects.

- Exposure to SAP Ariba Network and supplier enablement.

- Experience working in Agile/onsite-offshore delivery models.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

- SAP Ariba certification will be an added advantage.
