Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Integration Specialist with strong expertise in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and Salesforce integrations. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of integration architecture, Salesforce APIs, middleware systems, and high-volume enterprise data synchronization across multi-cloud environments.

This role requires hands-on experience in designing and managing real-time, batch, and event-driven integrations while ensuring scalability, security, and data integrity.

Core Responsibilities :

Integration Architecture & Development :

- Design and implement end-to-end integration mappings, task flows, and schedules within Informatica IICS (Cloud Data Integration & Cloud Application Integration)

- Develop and maintain integrations using Salesforce REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Streaming APIs

- Build robust integrations between Salesforce and external systems like SAP, Oracle, Snowflake, and AWS using Informatica connectors

- Work on scalable real-time and batch integration solutions across enterprise applications

Technical Strategy & Governance :

- Define and implement suitable integration patterns such as Request-Reply, Fire-and-Forget, and Change Data Capture (CDC)

- Develop error handling, retry mechanisms, logging, and reconciliation frameworks for reliable integrations

- Ensure secure data transmission using OAuth 2.0, JWT, and encryption standards

- Follow best practices for integration governance, scalability, and maintainability

Performance & Optimization :

- Optimize Informatica mappings, Salesforce SOQL queries, and APIs for high-volume data processing

- Handle large-scale data integrations without hitting Salesforce governor limits or API thresholds

- Implement event-driven integrations using Salesforce Platform Events and CDC for near real-time synchronization

Required Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience in Data Integration

- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Informatica (IICS/PowerCenter) and Salesforce Integrations

- Strong expertise in Salesforce APIs, Apex Integration Services, Outbound Messaging, and Salesforce Data Model

- Strong SQL skills for data transformation and troubleshooting

- Deep understanding of JSON, XML, WSDL, and RAML

- Experience with enterprise integration patterns and middleware architecture

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills

Important Note :

- This role is strictly for candidates with relevant Informatica IICS and Salesforce Integration experience

- Candidates should be comfortable relocating to Bangalore and working 5 days from office
