Role : Sr. Salesforce CPQ Integration Specialist

Job Summary :

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Integration Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce integrations and Informatica IICS. The ideal candidate should have expertise in designing and managing enterprise-grade integrations across Salesforce and external systems using real-time, batch, and event-driven integration patterns.

Key Responsibilities :

Integration Architecture & Development :

- Design and implement end-to-end integrations using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS)

- Develop and maintain integrations using Salesforce REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Streaming APIs

- Build integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Snowflake, and AWS

- Create scalable integration mappings, task flows, and schedules

Technical Strategy & Governance :

- Define suitable integration patterns such as Request-Reply, Batch, Pub/Sub, and CDC based on business requirements

- Implement error handling, retry mechanisms, logging, and reconciliation frameworks

- Ensure secure integrations using OAuth 2.0, JWT, and encryption protocols

Performance & Optimization :

- Optimize Informatica mappings and Salesforce SOQL queries for high-volume data processing

- Build event-driven integrations using Salesforce Platform Events and Change Data Capture (CDC)

- Ensure performance tuning without impacting API quotas or governor limits

Required Skills :

- 7+ years of experience in Data Integration

- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica IICS / PowerCenter and Salesforce integrations

- Strong experience with :

1. Salesforce REST/SOAP/Bulk APIs

2. Informatica IICS

3. Apex Integration Services

4. Outbound Messaging

5. Salesforce Data Model

- Strong SQL skills for data transformation and troubleshooting

- Good understanding of JSON, XML, WSDL, and RAML

- Experience in real-time and batch integrations

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Salesforce Platform Events / CDC

- Exposure to SAP, Oracle, Snowflake, or AWS integrations

- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Work Model & Shift Details :

- Initial 3 months : Work From Home aligned with night shift

- Post 3 months : Shift timing will be 2 :30 PM - 11 :30 PM IST

- Candidates may need to visit office 3-4 days per month based on project requirements

- Stable internet connection and power backup are mandatory

- In case of connectivity issues, candidates should be flexible to work from office
