Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead GenAI & Computer Vision Engineer to drive the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions.

This role combines leadership with deep technical expertise in Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, AI Agents) and Computer Vision, enabling the creation of scalable, production-grade AI products that solve real-world business challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end development of Generative AI solutions including LLM-based applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and autonomous AI agents

- Design and implement Computer Vision models for tasks such as image classification, object detection, segmentation, and video analytics

- Develop scalable and efficient deep learning pipelines from data ingestion to model deployment

- Architect robust AI systems, including model serving APIs, microservices, and distributed data pipelines

- Build and optimize RESTful APIs using Flask, FastAPI, or Django

- Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of AI systems in production environments

- Implement best practices in MLOps, CI/CD, model versioning, and monitoring

- Work with structured and unstructured datasets (CSV, JSON, image/video data)

- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and dataset curation

- Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy, latency, and efficiency

- Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions

- Participate in client discussions and provide technical insights and feasibility assessments

- Align AI initiatives with organizational goals and product roadmaps

- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists

- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality deliverables

- Foster a culture of innovation, learning, and continuous improvement

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and Computer Vision

- Experiment with new tools, frameworks, and architectures to enhance solution capabilities

- Drive adoption of emerging technologies and industry best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience :

- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Data Engineering

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, AI agents)

- Proven experience in deploying AI solutions in production environments

Technical Skills :

- Strong expertise in Python and AI/ML libraries

Hands-on experience with :

- Computer Vision: OpenCV, PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy

- GenAI Frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex

- Knowledge Graphs & Vector Databases (e., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)

- API development using Flask, FastAPI, or Django

- Strong knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases

- Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure
