We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Technical professional specializing in product development to lead and manage technical engineering teams in delivering innovative technology products. The ideal candidate will excel in product lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, agile methodologies, and possess a solid understanding of cloud technologies, system architecture, software development practices , DevOps, and AI technologies.

As a Sr. Tech Manager, responsible to work with Engineering to deliver innovative solution and evangelize the product. The role is focused on building next generation Agentic AI platform which enable solution delivery to vertical specific business problems. As one of the key member in product development org, you will work with Sr. leadership within the organization. In this role, you also engage with key stakeholder like marketing, Sales, accounts, Finance, enterprise IT and Operations Teams.

Essential Functions :

- Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to delivery, ensuring timely, high-quality results.

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clearly defined product features and technical solutions.

- Define product vision, develop strategic roadmaps, and prioritize features based on market insights, user feedback, business objectives, and technical considerations.

- Actively perform the Scrum Master role, facilitating agile processes such as sprint planning, execution, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.

- Mentor and guide technical teams, promoting software development best practices, agile methodologies, and DevOps processes.

- Resolve complex technical and strategic challenges by offering well-informed solutions and guidance.

- Foster strong collaboration and effective communication across product management, engineering, QA, architecture, design, and operations teams.

- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovations, applying these insights to enhance product performance and competitive advantage.

Knowledge and Skills :

- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and experience guiding scalable product architectures. Including familiarity with software development frameworks and languages.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, clearly articulating technical and strategic concepts.

- Strong analytical skills to creatively address complex problems, balancing technical and business priorities effectively.

- Demonstrated leadership qualities that foster effective teamwork and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in product development, project management, business analysis, or product ownership, with at least 2 years in leadership roles.

- Proven track record managing technical teams and successfully delivering complex projects in agile environments.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline; Master's degree preferred.

Preferred :

- Knowledge of DevOps principles, including CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code tools.

- Understanding of AI and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and their practical integration into products (preferred).

- Relevant certifications such as PMP, CBAP, or CSPO highly desirable
