Job Description - Apptio TBM Studio (TBMS) Developer

Position Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Apptio TBM Studio (TBMS) Developer to join our team on a Full-Time Employment (FTE) basis. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Apptio TBM Studio, Technology Business Management (TBM), IT Financial Management (ITFM), cost allocation, financial modeling, and data integration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain solutions using Apptio TBM Studio (TBMS).

- Implement and maintain TBM Taxonomy and cost allocation methodologies.

- Develop financial models to support IT Financial Management (ITFM) and technology cost transparency.

- Configure and manage intercompany chargebacks and cost recoveries.

- Perform data modeling, mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and validation.

- Integrate data from multiple enterprise sources into Apptio TBMS.

- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics within Apptio.

- Support Cloud Cost Management / FinOps initiatives where applicable.

Tech Stack & Data Integration :

- SAP, Anaplan, CMDB, HR Systems, AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake.

- Strong SQL skills and advanced Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in General Insurance / BFSI environments.

- Apptio TBM / TBMS certification.

- FinOps / Cloud Cost Management experience.

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within timelines.
