Role & responsibilities :

- Requirements & Process Analysis : Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for settlement systems consolidation and migration, translating them into functional specifications and process workflows aligned with technology and operational needs.

- Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with operations, technology teams and other relevant partners to ensure accurate interpretation of settlement requirements and smooth delivery of solutions.

- Settlement Lifecycle Optimization : Analyze end-to-end settlement processes (trade capture, reconciliation, clearing, settlement, exception handling) to identify inefficiencies, reduce breaks, and improve straight-through processing (STP) rates.


- Testing & Validation

Project & Program Management :

- Support and manage strategic projects across business units from initiation to delivery.

- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.

- Track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely reporting to senior leadership.

- Facilitate governance routines including steering committees and management updates.

Business & Stakeholder Management :

- Liaise with senior executives, finance, and technology teams to ensure seamless communication.

- Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders to anticipate needs and support decision-making.

- Strong Business Analyst with experience in settlements and understanding of the Gloss system

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills at senior levels.

- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.

- Exposure to operations, risk, or finance functions within banking or capital markets.

- Working knowledge of Agile project methodologies or PMO frameworks.

- Understanding of business performance metrics (cost efficiency, productivity, operational risk).

- Strong proficiency in executive storytelling, PowerPoint, and data visualization.

- Good understanding of JIRA

- Good understanding of Confluence

- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other visualization tools.

- Familiarity with data visualization best practices and executive narrative design principles.

- Certification in Project Management (PMP/Prince2) or Business Analysis is a plus.
